The Seed is the Word of God

This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief. Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. This is the stone which was rejected by the builders, which has become the chief cornerstone. Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, to God who alone is wise, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.

The seed is the word of God. Then the word of God spread, and the number of the disciples multiplied greatly in Jerusalem, and a great many of the priests were obedient to the faith.
