Changed Lives Through Christ

The touch of Jesus changed the lives of those who accepted the saving grace he offered. The Bible is filled with the stories of people whose lives He touched and the great boldness they demonstrated after their encounter with Jesus. From their character changes we see evidence of their encounter with Christ; we see the joy of Salvation they displayed and the boldness with which they preached the Gospel. As we read we see lives restored and physical bodies made whole from the touch of the Son of God.

The Rapture, Blessed Hope of All Christians

For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.

Under all the cultivations of heaven, they brought forth bitter and poisonous fruit; as in the two verses next preceding the text.

Basically what is meant by the Trinity is that there is only one true God, that exist in three distinct persons.

We Preach Not Ourselves; But Christ Jesus

For we do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord, and ourselves your bondservants for Jesus' sake. For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

(2nd Timothy 4:5-6)

There is Laid Up a Crown of Righteousness

Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing

(2nd Timothy 4:8)
