Prayer Request Chain

Help Us to Pray for Others Worldwide

Welcome to Daily Bible Online's Prayer Request Chain, we're glad you're here. The Bible tells us Jesus stands before God that Father for us, "For there is one God, and one mediator (intercessor) between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5). Jesus is alive today and as followers of Christ our prayers are one of the most effective ways we help others and participate in the kingdom of God.

Be Part of Our Prayer Chain

The Bible warns us of Satan's intention to neutralize and demoralize us. The Bible tells us that "we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places." (Ephesians 6:12). We are daily in a spiritual battle and we need the help of God through prayer. Satan has marshaled his resources and when we neglect prayer, we neglect the most vital resource at our disposal, which is the power and will of God, accessible to us through prayer. We should never forget that Jesus our Lord and Savior preceeded everything He did with prayer. As Christians it's our privliedge to follow our Lord's example and pray for others worldwide.

Join our prayer team and help us to show God's love to those in need worldwide through prayer! Lets follow the Apostle Paul's in his example of how he prayed for others. "For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you and asking God to fill you with the knowledge of His will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding. And we pray this in order that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and may please him in every way:" (Colossians 1:9-10)

  • Praying always with all Prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints. (Ephesians 6:18)

How it Works

This information will include usually a first name and a request, (we do not send the email addresses of those who submit requests to our prayer team). Once you receive the requests we ask that you pray for that person as the Lord leads you to do so, there is no minimum and maximum number of times we require you to pray.

Confirmation of Your Christian Faith

As Christians, we must know what we believe and be able to share with others the faith and hope that is within us, below are the essential truths which we believe about our Christian faith.

Inerrancy of Scripture

We believe in the inerrancy of Scripture, that the Bible, Old and New Testaments are the inspired, infallible Word of God. The Bible says "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work." (2nd Timothy 3:16-17)

Belief in the Trinity

We believe that God is eternally existent in three distinct persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. For the Bible says "For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one." (1st John 5:7)

Indwelling of the Holy Spirit

We believe in the Holy Spirit Who indwells every believer in Christ and gives spiritual gifts to the church for mutual edification. He comes from the Father to convict the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment.

Divinity of Jesus

We believe that God is the personal, transcendent, and sovereign Creator of all things. And that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully human, that He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, provided for the atonement of our sins by His substitutionary death on the cross, was bodily raised from the dead, ascended back to the right hand of the Father, and ever lives to make intercession for us.

Pray for the Salvation and Good of Others

We agree to prayer for the salvation and good of others. As members of our prayer team it's important that we pray for the salvation, and good of others in accordance with God's will.
